Pet Hand-off Policy

We require customer to be present before, during, and after the provided grooming appointment.

‍Before:
Please meet your groomer during the pet hand-off to discuss exactly specific  services that you want or don't want included in your pet's grooming appointment. Overcommunication is key, particularly when requesting a specific haircut for your pup. Be sure to tell the groomer exactly what you want, and feel free to have a photo on-hand.

‍During:
Our groomers are trained to contact you if anyhting should go amiss during the groom. Have your phone near you, and be available at all times.

‍

‍After:
Hold us accountable by picking up your pup on-time, and make sure the groom meets the Groombuggy standard! We charge a $25 fee per 15 minutes of late pickup.
