Seizure Policy

Customers must inform Groombuggy if their pet's are prone to seizures or on seizure medications. Pets must not have had an active seizure within a year of your appointment with us. It is also left to the scheduled groomer's discretion to groom the dog after the in-person consultation. If you did not inform us of seizure history or medication history, and the scheduled groomer is not comfortable grooming your pet, then we will charge the minimum fee. GroomBuggy is not liable for any medical expenses incurred due to seizures caused during grooming.
