And PetCo refused to work with her and recommended anxiety meds for her grooming needs. It made our dog miserable and we really wanted to try again without it. So I felt like I had to apologize to Ashley about everything, but Ashley smiled as she returned our baby to us (looking AMAZING) and assured us she would be more than glad to help us out again. I asked her about the anxiety medication and she said that should not be necessary. We are excited to work with Ashley again as our dog becomes more comfortable with the experience. I was pacing all this morning worrying about our baby-- next time, I'll be much more relaxed knowing she's in great hands with Ashley!"
