Sharon was great she was on time and took the time to let Opie sniff her and warm up to her as he is a barker. She let me explain what I like for him for a cut and she let me know she thought his hair might be too short and explained what she would do in the event his hair was too short to cut for his normal look. Which I appreciated so much. She did a great job! Opie look so handsome and he was a happy dog. She even put a cute tie on him. I will definitely book with Sharon again! Thank you!"

"I have been looking for a groomer like Groombuggy for quite some time and I am SO happy I found them last year. There's nothing better for your high-anxiety pup than to have someone come to your house and groom just your dog -- no long waits in a cage and no other dogs involved to freak them out. I've had about 3 different groomers so far from Groombuggy (they were somewhat new to SF when I started with them and they were working out the schedule for SF) - but all of them have been pretty amazing. My most recent and hopefully permanent groomer, Chelsea, has given our 8 year old Shih Tzu some of the best cuts we've had yet. And Chelsea is very sweet and really listens to our needs and is very sensitive to our girl's anxiety. We've asked for very short cuts since she is so active, and Chelsea is the first groomer to get it right. The company is also VERY communicative, which I love. Groomers have always been on time and they always reach out via text with updates on timing. And their customer service is just so pleasant and wonderful to deal with. I really can't say enough good things about my experience with this company. I'm crossing my fingers they stay around for a long time."
